We have the leading domestic market share in indoor grills, toasters, juice extractors, bread makers, griddles, waffle makers and buffet ranges/hotplates and a significant market share in other product categories.

We also design and market tabletop products, time products, lighting products and personal care and wellness products under such brand names as Block China®, Atlantis® Crystal, Sasaki®, Calvin Klein®, Timex®, Timex®, Westclox®, Big Ben®, Spartus®, Stiffel®, Ultrasonex™, Relaxor®, Carmen®, Hi-Tech®, Mountain Breeze®, Salton® and Pifco®. We believe that our strong market position results from our well-known brand names, the breadth, quality and innovation of our product offerings, our strong relationships with retailers and our outsourcing strategy. We currently market and sell our products primarily in North America through an internal sales force and a network of independent commissioned sales representatives.
